I know this is a stupid question but does it come with the two monitor screens? or is it just the stand

  Just the stand. It comfortably holds my two 27" monitors and could probably just about stretch to two lightweight 32" units or something in between if frames aren't too wide.

How big is the base itself, and how high can the monitors be raised? Sorry to as a customer, but the website did not seem keen for me to ask the company. Poor customer service?

  The Base was actually quite big and took up a lot of space I ended up getting rid and drilling a hole in my desk and using it that way which also worked just fine. The monitors could go all the way to the top of the Base pole too. I don't have the mount any more as I changed my set up so apologies if this doesn't help.

  Depends how you configure, mine is across a corner and has 2 x 22" Monitorsso from the corner to front of the stand feet it is 70cm and across the corner 104cm. THis is a well engineered and balanced piece of kit that raises the monitors off the desk to a perfect adjustable hieght and angle.
