If there is no tracking information available then your order may have been dispatched from a warehouse that cannot provide tracking. Usually this means that a courier will be in touch with you to arrange delivery.

We're really sorry to hear that you want to cancel an order.
Please sign into My Account where you can view a list of orders for items you have purchased.
If the order has not already been packed, a "Cancel Order" button will be shown. Simply click this button to show details of the order. Click the "confirm cancel order" button and your order will be processed for cancellation including refunding of amounts paid.
Unfortunately, if the order has already been packed then we are unable to cancel it and you will need to refuse delivery.
We email you a copy of a VAT invoice when your order is dispatched.
