Item was sent promptly and the communication was excellent from the Plasma Centre. As this was ‘A’ grade I wasn’t sure what would arrive, but the only thing I could see was a bit of damage to the box - the bracket was pristine! This is a heavy duty item and ideally needs two people to fix it. Once up it feels absolutely solid and the TV sits level at whatever position it’s moved into. The only slight minus would be that the instructions are a little vague, but can be figured out fairly quickly. Recommended!
