- The bracket is very well made, sturdy and very thin. Good supply of bolts and spacers to fit a variety of TVs and the instructions were clear.
- Not necessarily bad points, but some things to be aware of:
The holes in the main bracket are spaced between 400-450mm apart. Although the bracket is 650mm wide there are no holes drilled to suit stud work with 600mm centers. So the bracket is suitable for a solid wall but you may need to brace an internal wall. I drilled my own holes in the bracket at 600mm centers and am very happy with it.
Plus and minus, the bracket is so thin that it may not be suitable with all TVs. Fitted to my Samsung UE46F6740, the right angle power connector at the back of the TV is 18mm deep while the bracket is less than this. I got round this by adding 4 large diameter M8 penny washers between the TV and the bracket to space it out slightly further, alternatively I could have relieved the the wall behind the connector.
The Ethernet connection on the TV is out the back not the side, so I needed to install a brush wall plate in the wall directly behind the Ethernet connector to allow me to plug it in. This is more a fault of the TV than the bracket, but I would suggest you look at your own TV before ordering the bracket to make sure it will work for you, because its supper thin.
