Delivery Times During the order process you will be asked to choose the most convenient day for your delivery. Next day delivery is normally available for stock items, on orders successfully processed before 3.00pm. We aim to deliver most other items within 3 to 10 working days from your order and clearance of your payment. Before 12.30 and Saturday delivery are available for an additional charge. You will be given the option to choose your preferred delivery date and delivery time at the basket page.
Delivery Method To provide you with a safe and secure delivery service The Plasma Centre will deliver your purchase using only specialist couriers including City Link and Parcel Force. In addition to having peace of mind that your product will be safe in the hands of one of the UK’s leading courier companies we give you the added advantage of including full insurance of your products during transit.
Delivery Charges All our prices include next day delivery as standard - the price you see is the price you pay (for most mainland UK addresses). No hidden charges. You can upgrade to a timed delivery or a Saturday delivery service - you simply select these options at tha basket page. To ensure the highest security The Plasma Centre will deliver your goods to the address specified during your online purchase. Currently we deliver to all UK Mainland addresses. We also deliver to:- Southern Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles and the Channel Islands all of these delivery options are selectable at the basket page.

EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY No Fault Returns If for any reason you wish to return your product you can do so up to 28 Days* from the purchase date. Provided your purchase is returned as new, in it's original condition and unopened (all seals and shrink wrap intact) then we will issue you a full refund for the price you have paid less any delivery charges. *Note: Our returns guarantee for large items delivered by our specialist courier is limited to 14 days from receipt of goods. Our extended Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights and if you open the goods to inspect them you can still cancel your purchase at any time up to 7 working days following the day the goods are delivered as described below: Distance Selling Regulations You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 7 working days from delivery of the goods for a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. The goods must be unused and ‘as new’ with their original box and packaging including all manuals and accessories. If you have opened the box to examine the goods you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The goods must not have been used or assembled. You have a duty of care whilst the goods are in your possession and as such we advise you to return the goods with their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit to us. Goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will either be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account or we reserve the right to levy a surcharge on such returned goods at a minimum 15% of the invoice price. You must notify us within 7 days from date of delivery and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number. Returns Authorisation number will be valid for 14 days and it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk.
Faulty Returns – Dead on Arrival. A product is deemed to be ‘dead on arrival’ if it shows symptoms of hardware failure preventing basic operation upon its first use out of the box. In such instances please contact our customer support helpline within 7 days from the delivery date. You can then either return the faulty item directly yourself or we will organise a collection from your home. Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault by our technical engineers you will be offered the following options: 1. A replacement – this item will be shipped to you at our own expense. 2. A repair – the repaired item will be shipped to you at our own expense. Please note that once repaired the product is no longer eligible for replacement. 3. A full refund – provided the item has been verified faulty and is complete with all accessories with its original box and packaging. If the product is not deemed to be faulty by our technicians then you will be offered the following options: 1. Return of the goods – the cost of delivery charged to you. 2. Refund – the invoice cost less any applicable delivery charges provided the product is ‘as new’ and complete with all accessories and with its original box and packaging. If the condition of the product or the packaging is poor then we reserve the right to impose a charge to cover re-packaging costs. Missing accessories will also be charged to you. The manufacturers guarantee will apply to all items reported to be faulty after 7 days from delivery. This returns policy does not affect your legal rights. |
