A classic headboard design with vertical lines and handmade fabric buttons. The clean, tasteful design has been carefully hand crafted. The sturdy headboard is made from a 15mm thick wood panel and 35mm deep reflex foam padding providing comfort and support when sat up in bed. Supplied with solid mahogany struts, the extra chunky struts ensure the headboard is stable once installed. The headboard is compatible with all standard UK size bases. The headboard itself is supplied assembled, but does require fitting to the bed.

Katsuro is a luxurious soft touch upholstery fabric with a hand woven look and slight texture. The fabric has an ultra-smooth feel and exudes quality from a distance and up close. The inspiration for Katsuro comes from 15th Century Japan, renowned for its super soft silks Japan was the world leader for high quality fabric at this time. However, Silk was expensive and only the upper classes could afford this luxury, which led to innovation and enhancements in cotton production. The lower and middle classes developed new techniques to soften the cotton fibres resulting in a far smoother, more indulgent finish. Katsuro retains this historic soft touch look and feel resulting in a durable upholstery fabric that feels as soft and smooth as a designer suit.
