Our Aim
At The Plasma Centre we value your order no matter how large or small and it is our aim to deliver your purchase securely and safely in the most timely and cost effective way.

Delivery Times
During the order process you will be asked to choose the most convenient day for your delivery. Next day delivery is normally available for stock items, on orders successfully processed before 3.00pm. We aim to deliver most other items within 3 to 10 working days from your order and clearance of your payment. Before 12.30 and Saturday delivery are available for an additional charge of £10. You will be given the option to choose your preferred delivery date and delivery time at the basket page.


Delivery Method
To provide you with a safe and secure delivery service The Plasma Centre will deliver your purchase using only specialist couriers including Initial City Link and Parcel Force. In addition to having peace of mind that your product will be safe in the hands of one of the UK’s leading courier companies we give you the added advantage of including full insurance of your products during transit.

Delivery Charges
All delivery charges are tailored to your individual order and are based on the products ordered and weight. Delivery charges are automatically calculated and added to your order and will be clearly displayed within the shopping basket area of the website.

Location
To ensure the highest security The Plasma Centre will deliver your goods to the billing address specified during your online purchase. Currently we deliver to all UK Mainland addresses. For Northern Ireland there is an extra £10 charge - choose this option at the basket page. For Southern Ireland addresses please call with your postcode so we can provide you eith a delivery quotation.
Please note we do not send goods outside of the UK or to BFPO addresses (Eire included).

RETURNS POLICY
No Fault Returns.
You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from delivery of the goods for a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. The goods must be unused and ‘as new’ with their original box and packaging including all manuals and accessories. You have a duty of care whilst the goods are in your possession and as such we advise you to return the goods with their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit to us. Goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will either be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account or we reserve the right to levy a surcharge on such returned goods at a minimum 15% of the invoice price. You must notify us within 14 days from date of delivery and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number. Returns Authorisation number will be valid for 14 days and it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk.

Faulty Returns – Dead on Arrival.
A product is deemed to be ‘dead on arrival’ if it shows symptoms of hardware failure preventing basic operation upon its first use out of the box. In such instances please contact our customer support helpline within 7 days from the delivery date. You can then either return the faulty item directly yourself or we will organise a collection from your home. Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault by our technical engineers you will be offered the following options:
1. A replacement – this item will be shipped to you at our own expense.
2. A repair – the repaired item will be shipped to you at our own expense. Please note that once repaired the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
3. A full refund – provided the item has been verified faulty and is complete with all accessories with its original box and packaging.
If the product is not deemed to be faulty by our technicians then you will be offered the following options:
1. Return of the goods – the cost of delivery charged to you.
2. Refund – the invoice cost less any applicable delivery charges provided the product is ‘as new’ and complete with all accessories and with its original box and packaging. If the condition of the product or the packaging is poor then we reserve the right to impose a charge to cover re-packaging costs. Missing accessories will also be charged to you.
The manufacturers guarantee will apply to all items reported to be faulty after 7 days from delivery.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
